The guest scans a permanent HappyTip QR at a relevant guest touchpoint.

Confirm
The guest confirms the business, location, and relevant service touchpoint before continuing.

Choose
The guest chooses exactly who they want to appreciate.

Select an amount
The guest chooses from simple preset tip amounts. No amount is preselected.

Add an optional note
A short appreciation message can be added, but it is never mandatory.

Pay through UPI
The guest continues to a supported UPI application to complete the voluntary tip.

Receive confirmation
HappyTip shows a success state only after the payment has been reliably confirmed.

Optional business review
